What happens at an implant consultation?

- Your dentist examines your teeth, gums and bite and reviews your medical and dental history.
- Where appropriate, photographs, models and a 3D CBCT scan help with planning.
- You receive a written plan covering the recommended stages, alternatives and fees before deciding whether to proceed.
Dental implant fees
An implant consultation, including study models and initial planning, is £100. A single implant is from £2,800. Bone grafting, a sinus lift, a CBCT scan or a radiology report is charged separately if clinically required. See our current fees for details.

How long do dental implants last?
An implant’s lifespan cannot be promised. Long-term success is influenced by oral hygiene, gum health, smoking, medical factors, bite forces and regular professional maintenance. We will explain the risks that apply to you and how to look after an implant after treatment.
